Event Brief

On July 2, Columbia Global Centers | Beijing and the Weatherhead East Asian Institute will cohost a panel discussion on documentary movies China's Van Gogh and Plastic China. Panelists will include YU Haibo and YU Tianqi, directors of China's Van Gogh; WANG Jiuliang, director of Plastic China; Lydia H. Liu, W.T. Tam Professor in the Humanities at Columbia University; LI Tuo, writer; and BAO Kun, critic of photography. QIAN Ying, Assistant Professor at Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures at Columbia University, will serve as the moderator.
