University initiative for international students

The Global Centers are located in nine countries and provide the University with a worldwide network of expertise that facilitates engagement, research, and learning for students, faculty, and the public. Seven of these nine Global Centers - Amman, Beijing, Istanbul, Nairobi, Paris, Santiago, and Tunis - have now opened their doors to welcome students this fall term, with upgraded technology, equipment, and full-time, onsite, trained staff.

The Global Centers are also offering students access to Columbia-dedicated spaces at WeWork locations in seven cities - Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, and London - so that more students will have access to Columbia spaces to convene, collaborate, study, or just hang out. The University has also arranged for dedicated space for its students in Tel Aviv, at Tel Aviv University and in Athens.

We are also offering access passes to Columbia students to use at any WeWork location in their home city.

In order to access any of these locations, students must first fill out the registration form below. This is your opportunity to be an active member of the Columbia community in your home city!
