Reid Hall Today

Columbia Global Centers l Paris was inaugurated at Reid Hall in 2010, led by Brunhilde Biebuyck and Paul LeClerc. Under their leadership, Columbia's footprint at Reid Hall has greatly expanded and the property has been fully renovated, giving its "old bones" the much needed facelift they deserved. 

Today, in addition to Columbia's Undergraduate Global Engagement program, the University now offers an M.A. in History and Literature, an Architecture program running in both New York and Paris, and residencies for the Executive Master in Technology Management, and the Alliance Program. Reid Hall also hosts several American and European institutions of higher education and welcomed more than 600 students annually prior to 2020. In addition, the Institute for Ideas and Imagination opened its doors at Reid Hall in September 2018.

For over a century and throughout its many iterations, Reid Hall has always been and continues to be a bastion for education, research, and public programming.
