Yun SHEN holds a LL. M from Columbia University and a master of International Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law. She currently works as the Chief Compliance officer and Managing Director in Credit Suisse Founder Securities Limited. She worked for CICC Fund as the Chief Compliance Officer, with intensive regulatory, legal and compliance experiences in securities regulators, United Bank of Switzerland Group, and China International Capital Corporation for nearly 20 years.
Yong BAI is an antitrust practice partner at the Beijing office of Clifford Chance LLP. He specializes in antitrust and competition issues. Bai has worked in the London and Brussels offices of Clifford Chance. Before joining Clifford Chance, Bai worked for the PRC's Ministry of Commerce. Bai is a Columbia Law School alumnus.
