Event Brief
On June 30, Columbia Business School’s Office of Alumni Relations, in partnership with the Alumni Club of Beijing and the Columbia Alumni Association of Beijing, will hold an alumni reception with Professor Stephen Penman at Columbia Global Centers | Beijing. The reception invites all alumni and guests to a dialogue with Professor Stephen Penman, followed by a networking session.
Professor Penman is the George O. May Professor of Financial Accounting and chair of Accounting Division. In this reception, he will share the latest news of the school, as well as present on the rules of accounting and the role of accounting both in business and in the society.
Speaker
Stephen Penman is the George O. May Professor in the Graduate School of Business, Columbia University. He is also co-director of the Center for Excellence in Accounting and Security Analysis at Columbia Business School.
