Logical Reasoning in Human Genetics Lecture 3 - Population Genetics

April 8, 2021
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM

In this lecture, we will introduce the field of population genetics. We will cover a few ways we typically summarize genetic variation data, as well as discuss the evolutionary forces that create and shape patterns of genetic variation. This lecture will guide students to ask questions such as: What are some simple ways to model patterns of genetic variation? How do more complex evolutionary forces affect patterns of genetic variation?
