Sensing the City: launch of Innovation Hub's second Design Challenge

The Innovation Hub is an initiative of Columbia University, led by the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS), in partnership with Columbia Global Centers; the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA); the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP); the Mailman School of Public Health; and other University schools. The goal is to engage in a variety of research and develop solutions for urban problems and spur technological growth and research advances in critical areas such as sustainable development, sanitation, data science, smart cities, and precision medicine.
