While construction may be booming in terms of volume in places like India, the construction sector worldwide has faced severe productivity challenges during the last two decades. One of the main root causes of this low change in sectoral productivity is associated with a limited adoption of new technologies, as well as the absence of effective coordination in all processes involved in the construction process.
