Join Wade Channell, visiting from Washington D.C, in an interactive workshop to discuss gender equality and how it effects all of us on personal, national, and global levels.
This 90-minute interactive workshop will increase our understanding of the promise of equality and perils of inequality. We will dive into how gender roles and definitions affect each of us, the costs of inequality and benefits of equality, and how we can make the changes that will change the status quo for the better.
This workshop will not only address issues affecting women, but will also examine the damage that gender inequality causes to men.
Wade Channell is a gender-specialist, with over 30 years in legal reform and gender equality, working for the U.S. Agency for International Development in more than 60 countries.
