Mr. Yuhan Liu, Head of the research team, presented key findings on all three areas and called for innovative solutions, including adapting alternative recruitment and incentive approaches and focusing on operational needs and basic staff-level needs. Organizations also need to pay more attentions on staff training and focuses, and to invest in overall team satisfaction levels.
