The opening lecture was given by Alexis Wichowski, professor at Columbia University and deputy director of technology at New York City Hall. In her speech, the expert explained how to adopt low and no technology solutions in the government, using as an example the American city of Detroit.

Columbia SIPA professor Alexis Wichowski was at Comunitas together with a few mayors from Brazil and other great names like the Judge from Curitiba (PR) Flavia da Costa Viana, Federal Attorney Lise Tupiassu, and the Internal Affairs at Aline Maria dos Santos to talk about public management. The event was a big succes!

The initiative is in its fourth edition, and currently counts as nearly 800 goals involving all 12,000 city employees.
In this edition, 60% of the goals were met and partially met.
