Columbia Global Centers | Beijing Education Panel Series VII

On May 19, Columbia Global Centers | Beijing hosted the seventh panel discussion of the Center's Education Panel Series.

The seventh event focused on the status quo and development of the innovative schools in China. Four invited panelists are renowned experts in education from home and abroad including Jun TENG, Associate Professor and Associate Dean from Institute of International and Comparative Education at Beijing Normal University; Marina Lee, Executive Director of Cogita Education Initiatives; Nick Kovalevich CC '04, Founder of Crestwoood Advisors; and Will YI, Head of Development Center at Moonshot Academy.

Based on the current practice and impact of the local innovative education, the four panelists provided their perspectives on how schools and families can help prepare their children for the 21st century.

More than 50 attendees joined the discussion.
