Xin Tong, SIPA'21, discusses how she learned to confront stereotypes about refugees

Xin Tong '21IA was one of 20 students who took part in the first global immersion course for Master of International Affairs students at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). She recounts the 10 days in January 2020 that she spent in Turkey with her classmates for "Beyond the ‘Refugee Crisis’: Refugees in Turkey and Global Public Policy."
