Logical Reasoning in Human Genetics Course Lecture 6 - Mapping Monogenic Diseases in North Africa: Overview and Challenges

In partnership with Institut Pasteur Tunis, CGC Tunis hosted Joseph Terwilliger, Professor at Columbia University's Department of Genetics and Development. Along with a team of prominent geneticists, they will conduct a class on human genetics to uncover what lays ahead for the future of "personalized medicine."

This sixth lecture discussed monogenic diseases in North African countries, mainly Tunisia and Egypt and tackled some of  the challenges researchers encounter in genome studies.
