Pamela Lopez

Pamela is a former actress and is currently a consultant and academic in cultural management. Previously she was the Director of Programming and Audiences at the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center (GAM) in Santiago, Chile. She holds a Master's degree in Arts Administration from Teacher's College, Columbia University (2011) and a Fulbright Fellowship for postgraduate studies. Lopez is also a researcher in performing arts, currently working in academia by serving as a teacher at universities such as Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Chile. She leads courses in art administration, planning, and audience development. As an advocate for the Chilean theater community, she participates in various advocacy organizations, one of them being the Red de Salas de Teatro where she sits on the board. Internationally she participates at ISPA, the International Society for the Performing Arts, where she has been a fellow on two occasions and where she serves on advisory committees.
