Young Entrepreneurs Visit Tunis Center to Ignite Collaborations

On July 14th, Education for Employment Tunisia (EFE-Tunisia) visited Columbia Global Centers | Tunis with 10 startups from their first Startech Women incubation cohort. The visit aimed to introduce the young entrepreneurs to the center's facilities and support programs.

EFE-Tunisia, established in 2012, leads a national initiative to provide economic opportunities for unemployed youth across Tunisia. To date, they have trained over 17,000 people, including over 60% women, with over 85% going on to gain employment. As part of the global EFE network in 8 MENA countries, EFE-Tunisia runs the Startech Women project.

During the visit, the 10 startup owners passionately shared their business ideas, igniting an atmosphere of creativity and collaboration. The CGC Tunis team introduced the entrepreneurs to their space and programs through engaging discussions.

CGC Tunis remains dedicated to supporting entrepreneurial talents and making a positive impact on the startup landscape through its diverse array of programs. The center looks forward to nurturing the aspirations of these talented young entrepreneurs and their startups.
