1) How impactful was your experience at Columbia Global Centers | Istanbul to your career and/or academic objectives?
Columbia Global Center I Istanbul organized many alumni events during my undergraduate studies at Columbia University. Throughout these events, I had the chance to meet many people and these people have been key mentors throughout my education. Without the help of Columbia alumni, I would not be able to organize my summer internships. These summer internships have been vital for my career and I am thankful to Columbia Global Centers I Istanbul for these opportunities.
2) What is your most memorable moment at Columbia Global Centers | Istanbul?
My most memorable moment at Columbia Global Centers | Istanbul was the welcoming reception before I started my education at Columbia University. It was organized to introduce the current students with the newcomers and I had the chance to meet many people there. I was really surprised to see so many Turkish Columbia University students there. I did not know that there were that many Turkish students at Columbia University. Those people have always supported me throughout my journey and I am glad that I met those people at the welcoming reception organized by Columbia Global Centers | Istanbul.
