Aline Telles is a social scientist, educator, and social entrepreneur advancing racial and gender equity through philanthropy and systems change. Founder and Executive Director of the Agbara Fund, Brazil’s first fund dedicated to Black women, she has received major international recognition, including the Folha Social Entrepreneur Award and the Ashoka Fellowship. Named among the most influential Afro-descendant leaders in global philanthropy by MIPAD/UN, Aline serves on multiple national and international boards and fellowships. Her work focuses on expanding access to resources, leadership, and opportunities for Black women across Brazil and beyond.
