Ana Paula Matias is a social worker and works as a project manager at UNESCO. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Policy and brings nearly 20 years of experience in project and team management within national and international organizations focused on human rights, social policies, and development. Raised by educators dedicated to public education, her work is inspired by a lifelong pursuit of justice and race and gender equity. Through her advocacy and community engagement, she seeks to create pathways for marginalized women to thrive and shape more inclusive futures.
