Anna Carolina Venturini is a political scientist and senior public official specializing in affirmative action policies and institutional change. Currently a Program Director in Brazil’s Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, she is a federal civil servant (Analyst in Science and Technology) and previously led national affirmative action initiatives at the Ministry of Racial Equality. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and has conducted research at Harvard University and Sciences Po Paris. Founder of the Observatory of Affirmative Action in Graduate Education (obaap), she combines academic research and public policy leadership to advance racial and gender equity.
