Ebru Sakal

Ebru Sakal joined Columbia Global Centers | Paris in 2016, after having studied management and Langue, Littérature et Civilisations étrangères (LLCE), with a specialization in English. She is fluent in Turkish, French, and English.

At the Paris Center, she works on budgetary matters and payroll, as well as human resources. 

Ebru supervises the budgets for the Columbia Undergraduate Programs as well as the Master of History and Literature program. She is responsible for the allocation of funds for many of the projects and workshops initiated by Columbia University, and oversees the payroll for all CGC | Paris faculty and staff. Working with the New York financial office, she also executes bank reconciliations.

Additionally, Ebru interfaces with branches of the French Ministry of Labor as well as various legal entities to ensure that the Center is compliant with the many nuances of French labor code.
