Giowana Cambrone is a trans woman, lawyer, and project manager advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across public and corporate sectors. She is DEI Specialist at YDUQS, leading the implementation of the company’s DEI program. With degrees in Administration and Law and training spanning participatory democracy, constitutional law, and human rights, she is currently pursuing a master’s in Public Policy and Human Rights (UFRJ). Giowana teaches in legal practice and communications law and is part of leadership networks of Fundação Lemann and RAPS. Her work is grounded in justice, institutional change, and human rights advocacy.
