Innovation in the Public Sector | challenges to a disruptive practice

Developed in partnership with Columbia Global Centers | Rio de Janeiro and the BRAVA Foundation, the: INNOVATION IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR: Challenges to Disruptive Practices course, is offered by Insper with the objective of supporting public, private and third sector managers to answer essentially three questions:

Why is it difficult for the public sector to absorb more innovative models of action and service?

Why is it important for the public sector to move forward in these spaces?

What are possible ways for the public sector to overcome existing barriers and be able to act in a more innovative way, both in their management and in the way they serve?

This course presents fundamental concepts and tools, as well as practical cases, so that managers understand the limits to the introduction of innovation in the public sector and can contribute in the elaboration of strategies of how to overcome them.
