Isadora Modesto Pereira is a social worker and public sector leader with 15+ years of experience strengthening social protection systems and government performance. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Work (PUC-SP) and began her career in the management of Brazil’s Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), advising and training professionals at state and federal levels. Since 2016, she has led strategic project management in Niterói, serving in executive coordination roles. She was Secretary of Planning, Budget and Management of Niterói, overseeing strategic planning and the execution of the municipal budget. Currently, she holds the position of Executive Director of the Instituto República.org.
