Jiji Thomas is the Associate Director of RMZ Corp. One of the early entrants to the facility management industry in India, he has held multiple roles during his career in the past 20 years. A mechanical engineer with master’s in Business Administration, he has been part of two successful facility management start-ups in India. He started his career in air-conditioning industry and handled business development, project management and operations in various organisations. Prior to joining RMZ, he was the Chief Operating Officer of a UK based Energy and Facilities Management company. He also had a stint with Ascendas as head of Property Services function in India.
