Marcela de Oliveira Timóteo is a public auditor and equity leader dedicated to strengthening gender and racial justice in public institutions. Based in Belo Horizonte and working nationally, she has served for 18 years at the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU). She coordinates TCU’s Technical Committee on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and leads implementation of UNDP’s Gender Equality Seal within the institution. She represents TCU in regional equity networks and contributes to professional communities of Black civil servants and women leaders in the public sector. Marcela believes progress happens through collective action.
