Program Officer, Athens Columbia Global Center

Maryli Poulis has been the program officer of the Athens Columbia Global Center since July 2024.

In her previous role as the Research & Innovations Lead at ReGeneration, Maryli was instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission of upskilling and reskilling recent graduates for the Greek market. Her work focused on developing and implementing training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives to cultivate youth talent. 

Since 2022, Maryli has been a member of the European Digital Education Hub (EDEH), a citizen’s assembly platform organized by the European Commission. As an educational expert, she has offered her insight and experience on digital education, with a special focus on crisis management and the safety of digital learning. 

Maryli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University, Montreal, as well as a Master of Science in Geopolitical Analysis and International Security Studies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has also participated in specialized training programs at the European University Institute (EUI) on social studies and the ethics of AI. 

In addition to her native Greek and English, she also speaks French.
