Monique dos Anjos is a diversity and social justice specialist with a background in Social Communication and a master’s degree in Scientific and Cultural Communication from UNICAMP. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she advises companies and educational institutions on inclusive practices and organizational transformation. Recognized by the Panamanian Red Cross for her work with vulnerable communities, she mentors Black women through organizations including Nação Valquírias, Fundo Agbara, and Pactuá. Her work integrates race, gender, accessibility, and intersectionality to promote equity and holistic social impact.
