Saddam Al-Khamaiseh
Saddam Khamayseh is the IT Manager at Columbia Global Center Amman. Prior to joining the Center in 2011, Saddam served as IT Governance Professional & IT Manager at “Synapse for Information Technology” in 2011, and IT Manager at The Engineering Company for Signs, where he developed IT frameworks, optimized infrastructure, and introduced technologies that improved efficiency and reduced costs, IT strategic planning, internal audits, and data security.
Saddam holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from International American University (2022), and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (2007), alongside certifications in ISO/IEC 38500, ISO/IEC 27001, MCITP, MCTS, CCNA, and PMP.
Saddam is also an accomplished author and an active member of the Union of Jordanian Publishers, his publications include "Information Technology Governance and its role in Crisis Prevention"(2025), "Smart Government beyond Electronic Government" (2017), and "Electronic Government is the Way toward the Administrative Reform" (2013). His academic research includes a pioneering encryption algorithm using Artificial Neural Networks, and was featured on national Jordanian television.
