She has an MBA in Financial Management with emphasis on Capital Markets, by the FGV, and a master's degree in Knowledge Management and Information Technology from the Catholic University of Brasilia. Adriana has been a public employee of the Caixa Econômica Federal, since June/2006, in management activities since September/2014, with a relevant role in the FGTS, IT and in the Government area.


ALESSANDRA DEBONE DE SOUSA

Alessandra graduated in Government Management by the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, in Brazil. During her studies, she worked with cooperativism, public policies, evaluation of social projects and accountability, in order to contribute with the development of the community. As a result, Alessandra received two university awards: Best Internship and Best Extension Student. After her graduation, Alessandra worked with early childhood development and women with the project called Mãe Coruja, from the State of Pernambuco’ Government. Now, she is working in the planning, budget and fundraising areas at the Health Department of the Recife City Government, usually doing her work based on monitoring and results.


ALINE MARIA DOS SANTOS

Aline has served in several positions in Brazil's public administration (as teacher, military and federal employee). She is currently an Energy Research Analyst at the Energy Research Office (EPE). Aline has been working at the office of the Oil, Gas and Biofuels Directorate (DPG) since 2017. Some of her activities involve coordinating and organizing all events and training on this board. In addition, she is EPE's representative on the Standing Committee on Gender, Race and Diversity of MME and Related Entities (COGEMMEV).


ANA CHRISTINA FAULHABER

Ana graduated in Law and Physical Education and she has a post graduated degree in Politic and Management of Public Security, Criminal Law and she is currently attending Prison Management. Ana has been working for 14 years in the public service, during this time she spent 06 years running a prison considered a reference in the treatment of women in prison with their newly born by the National Counsel of Justice and by president of the Superior Court. Currently she is coordinating all the female prison units in the State of Rio de Janeiro, the first of its kind in Brazil, and LGBT citizen’s prison policy.


ANA JULIETA TEODORO CLEAVER

Specialist in Public Policy and Governmental Management | Ministry of Justice

Ana is a social anthropologist, human rights defender, and public policy specialist. She got her BA and MA in social anthropology at the University of Brasilia, in 2000 and 2005, respectively, scholarly working on issues related to identity, gender, race, violence, and state legitimization. In 2001, Ana joined the highest level of the Brazilian federal government civil service, becoming a Public Policy and Management Officer. She has been working mainly on gender mainstreaming and international cooperation ever since. She currently serves at the Ministry of Justice.


ANA MANUELA MARINHO NOGUEIRA

Manuela Nogueira holds three post graduations: postgraduate studies in Civil Construction, Technology and Construction Quality, by the Federal University of Minas Gerais, graduate studies in Management of Works and Engineering, by Unifor, and postgraduate in Engineering Assessments and Expertise, by IPOGGO of São Paulo.
In 2013, she joined the City Hall as staff of the Infrastructure Secretariat of Fortaleza, where she was the coordinator of projects of Fortaleza City Hall. In 2016, at the age of 35, Manuela Nogueira was named Municipal Secretary of Infrastructure, becoming the first woman to hold the position in the city, occupation she currently holds, being responsible for several mobility works such as Aguanambi Avenue, the first completely accessible lane in Fortaleza, with elevators that give access to the walkways, eco-friendly sidewalks and Bus Transit Express rails with stations located in the central zone of the avenue.


ANA MARGARIDA CASTRO EULER

Ana Margarida is a Forest Engineer with Masters and Ph.D. in Environmental and Forestry Sciences. Between 2003 and 2008 she worked as Amazon Conservation Officer at WWF-Brazil, coordinating the Southwest Amazon Program. Ana is a researcher and international relations adviser at Embrapa Amapá since 2008. Between 2011 and 2014, she was the first female to head the Amapá State Forestry Institute, as President-Director and between 2015 and 2016 she was Organizational Communication Supervisor. Ana Margarida is currently leading a regional project with actions in eight Amazon states.


CAMILA MAURA MOREIRA DA SILVA

Camila Moreira graduated in Biology and Political Science at the Federal State University of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO), she is also a Specialist in Urban Planning and is currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in Public Policy, at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Camila started her public career in 2014, as an intern at the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro (ALERJ), in the sector of Legislative Administration. In January of 2017 she was invited to join the technical staff of Duque de Caxias City Hall, for a while Camila was the only woman in the under-secretary of planning. Camila wrote a manual to make the approval of federal projects more efficient, and created a project management office - which in one year of operation brought more than R$ 200 million reais in resources to the municipal public coffers.


CECILIA FERNANDES DE VILHENA

Cecilia holds a degree in Tourism and an MBA in Environmental Management and Sustainability. She has been working as a public servant for the state of Minas Gerais since 2006 in protected area management. In 2011, Cecilia was nominated manager of the state protected area system, function performed until this January 2019. As a manager, she was responsable for the annual budget, for the contracting and overseeing ranger activities, infrastructure projects, implementation of public use, implementation of innovative and sustainable management models for public parks, besides other activities.


DANIELA ARANTES ALVES LIMA

Daniela has a BSc in Engineering from UFF and a Master´s in Administration from PUC. 
Since 2006 she has held managerial positions, including 6 years running a team of 6 focused on financing micro and small businesses, and from 2012 to the present day managing a team of 30 making grants for family farmers according to public policies and objectives, as well as financing municipality infrastructure and modernizing municipal tax collection.  Her current portfolio includes more than 200 operations worth more than R$2billion.

She is a public servant at Paraná’s federal court, one of her main activities involves assisting Justice Edson Fachin as a law clerk at the Brazilian Supreme Court. Desdêmona has served as a lawyer, conciliator, lay judge, and law clerk at Paraná’s Court of Justice (TJPR). 


EMANUELE LAZZARETTI CORDOVA CAMPELO

Emanuele has 13 years of experience in chemistry and nuclear chemistry, of which the last 8 years were developed in INB – Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil (Brazilian Nuclear Industries) in the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Facility, overseeing and working with the nuclear fuel cycle specifically UF6 to UO2 reconversion and production of pellets. She has a strong knowledge in process development and optimization, qualification of new materials, working in a chemistry laboratory, revising and implementing analytical methodologies in accordance to ISO 78-2, developing new analytical methodologies, evaluating analytical results, overseeing and accounting for internal audit processes for verification of compliance to ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO17025 and OSHAS18001 requirements.

IZABEL TORRES CORDEIRO RENNÓ

Infrastructure Analyst | National Secretariat of Housing of the Ministry of Regional Development

Architect with a MS in Urban Management, at Technische Universität, Berlin. Izabel started to work at the public service in 2006, at the local level. Since 2012 she has worked as Infrastructure Analyst for the Brazilian Federal Government, mainly in the management and regulatory improvement of My House My Life Program. She used to led several meetings with Construction Companies, Municipalities and Financial Institutions to asses urban projects and basic services availability for large housing developments as part of the Program’s monitoring. As researcher, she engaged in grassroots organizations’ activities in informal settlement in Brasilia and Rio de Janeiro, which added her different perspectives on urban problems.


LISE TUPIASSU MERLIN

Lise is a Federal Attorney and Member of the Management Committee in the Attorney General's Office in Belém. She works in environmental and indigenous affairs, developing strategies for the rainforest protection and the promotion of traditional people’s rights. Lise is also a professor at the Federal University of Pará, she directs the Amazonia Human Rights Law Clinic, international research network and research groups dedicated to improving public policy for socio-environmental protection. Her education background includes a PhD in Public Law (Université Toulouse I – Capitole) and a Master’s degree on Taxation Law (Paris I-Pantéon-Sorbonne University).

Luisa serves as Director of Policies for Promotion in Human Rights at the Secretary of State for Human Rights, Social Participation and Citizenship, in Minas Gerais, Brazil. As public servant she also worked at the Secretary of Planning and Management with partnerships between the government and third sector organizations. Luísa graduated in 2013 in Public Administration, with two exchanges programs, one in Taiwan, another in Spain, she continues her studies. Nowadays is taking a Specialization course in Municipal Public Management and is engaged in initiatives related to gender equality.

Monique was a visiting research at University California of San Diego – UCSD, during her PhD. Currently she is a Professor at Política da Universidade Federal do Piauí – UFPI and Municipal Secretary of the Municipal Department of Concessions and Public-Private Partnerships – SEMCOP at Teresina City Hall.


TELMA RODRIGUES CALDEIRA

Telma is Manager of Regulatory Processes at Anvisa since 2017. She is responsible for some activities like: Regulatory Agenda; Regulatory process (the governance and workflow of rulemaking process); Public consultation mechanisms and tools; Transparency of regulatory process and Regulatory stock management (systematic activities on assessing the regulatory framework, in order to promote access to the legislation, periodic revision and simplification of the rules and a constant improvement of the framework, aiming at a more effective regulatory environment). This last one work was awarded the Better Regulation Practices Prize from Getulio Vargas Foundation in December 2018.


VANESSA CAMPAGNAC DA SILVA BARROS

Vanessa is a social scientist and holds a Master degree in Population Studies and Social Research and a PhD in Political Science. Vanessa has experience related to Public Policy and Public Security. She has been working at the Institute of Public Safety for 10 years now, coordinating quantitative and qualitative researches and projects in partnership with the Police to reinforce the use of evidence in the public sector. Vanessa is also the technical reviewer of all ISP’s publications and Editor of ISP’s journal. She is responsible for all courses offered by ISP, also teaching several subjects.
