Tiffany Pu Lyu

Tiffany is the Program Officer at the Columbia Global Center Beijing, where she manages the planning, implementation, evaluation, and communications of research, education, and scholarly programs that advance the mission of Columbia Global Centers. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining the Center, Tiffany gained extensive experience in program management and strategic communications across China’s non-profit, educational, and international development sectors, including at CFA Institute, The Asia Foundation, and Tongji University. She has demonstrated expertise in designing and executing engagement programs across the full lifecycle of a learner’s journey, as well as initiatives in women’s empowerment, child protection, and sustainable development, while building strong partnerships with donors, stakeholders, and local communities. Passionate about fostering global dialogue and capacity building, she brings strategic insight and a commitment to delivering impactful, inclusive programs.

Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Communications and Journalism from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She has also earned the Sustainable Investing Certificate from CFA Institute.
