Yong Zhao is the Founding Partner of 01VC, a leading early-stage venture capital firm in China. 01VC focuses on To-B services, robotics, and cross-border internet sectors. Its portfolios include Lalamove, Hai Robotics, YesMRO, MangaToon, Hibobi, Xtransfer.
From 2009 to 2015, Zhao worked at Kingnet Corp as Co-Founder and COO. Kingnet is a leading Internet gaming platform and publishing company based in Shanghai (www.kingnet.com). In 2015, Kingnet went public on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZ002517). Prior to that, Zhao worked in KPCB China as Vice President. He had also worked for McKinsey and Accenture.
Zhao received his MBA degree from Columbia University and Engineering & Economics dual-major Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University.
