Vishal and Harsh will share their experiences and insights in utilizing AI in their careers.

Dr Vishal Misra is a Professor in the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Department and Vice Dean for Computing and AI, Columbia University. His research emphasis is on the mathematical modeling of systems, bridging the gap between practice and analysis. He developed one of the world’s first commercial applications built on top of gpt3 for ESPNCricinfo, which he had co-founded as a graduate student. Subsequently, he has been modeling the behavior of LLMs. He played an active part in the Net Neutrality regulation process in India. He has been awarded a Distinguished Alumnus Award by IIT Bombay and a Distinguished Young Alumnus Award by UMass-Amherst College of Engineering. 

Harsh Jain, CBS '14, is the CEO (Culture Enforcement Officer) & Co-Founder, Dream Sports. He founded Dream Sports, India's leading sports technology company with over 250 million users. He founded Dream11 in 2008, along with co-founder Bhavit Sheth, and led it to become the world’s largest fantasy sports platform. He co-founded Tech Entrepreneurs Association of Mumbai (TEAM) to advance Mumbai’s tech startup ecosystem. An engineer from the University of Pennsylvania, Harsh holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is actively involved in philanthropy through the Dream Sports Foundation and the Raksha Foundation.
