Bianca Ferreira is a Major in the Military Police of Rio de Janeiro with more than two decades of public service dedicated to public safety and gender justice. She coordinates the nationally recognized Maria da Penha Patrol Program, focused on combating domestic violence and protecting survivors. A specialist in Gender and Law and an accredited instructor of Brazil’s Ministry of Justice, she trains security professionals nationwide.
