Juliana Ferreira Ribeiro Pessoa is an executive with a long-standing career in development finance and public-private infrastructure. She holds a degree in Business Administration and specializations in international trade, economics, PPPs, and concessions, as well as a master’s in International Management. After early experience in the private sector, she joined Banco do Brasil and later BNDES, where she built expertise across regional development, export financing, project structring, and strategic relationships. As manager for a BNDES’s Northeast portfolio, she led teams and consistently exceeded targets, strengthening institutional presence in the region. She currently supports engagement and strategic initiatives within BNDES.
