Nubia Regina do Nascimento Costa is a strategic projects manager at Vivo, specializing in business strategy and innovation. The daughter of Northeastern Brazilian migrants, she became the first person in her family to earn a master’s degree, graduating in Accounting from the University of São Paulo (USP). Her career spans major banks and companies across auditing, consulting, education, and telecommunications. Shaped by public education and perseverance, Nubia is committed to expanding opportunities for Black women in leadership and decision-making spaces, advocating for inclusion through professional excellence and mentorship.
