Thais Mara Alexandrino is a public sector legal expert specializing in administrative law, social oversight, and public governance. A Ph.D. candidate in Public Law at the University of Coimbra and master’s graduate in Legal-Political Sciences, she also participated in the United Nations Graduate Study Programme on sustainable development. Currently, she serves in Minas Gerais’ State Ombudsman Office, focusing on the penitentiary and socioeducational systems, and is a career civil servant at IPSEMG.
