Gabriela Salvador

Gabriela Salvador is an executive with more than 33 years of experience in the financial industry, recognized for her strategic leadership, organizational transformation capabilities, and commitment to social impact. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Chile, graduating with honors, and is a member of the Faculty of Economics and Business’ Circle of Honor.

Currently serving as Executive Director of Vantrust Capital, she is also Co-founder and Vice President of ChileConverge, a platform that has supported more than 100,000 micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) across Chile. She has been recognized as one of Chile’s 100 Leading Women by newspaper El Mercurio, featured among LinkedIn Chile’s most influential women in 2025 and 2026, and included in national leadership and influence rankings. In addition, she is a columnist for La Segunda on investment-related topics and regularly contributes to publications such as Ex-Ante and El Líbero.

Beyond her executive roles, Gabriela actively participates on boards and in organizations focused on entrepreneurship, business ethics, impact investing, and women’s leadership.
