In light of the latest governmental recommendations announced on March 18, 2021, following is the manner in which we will operate at Reid Hall over the course of, at least, the next four weeks:
- Weekends, we will be closed, beginning Saturday, March 20
- Monday - Friday, we will be open from 8:00AM - 6:30PM
- Our entry procedures are unchanged; however, do make sure that you fill out the proper governmental attestations on your way to and from Reid Hall
- Students and Fellows can continue to use Reid Hall for study/research, in their assigned office/study space
- No visitors will be permitted on the premises. For those of who currently have guests on-site, please inform them of this new ruling
- Gatherings are no longer permitted either in the lounge areas or in the gardens
- In the gardens, please only sit one person/table and do not move tables and chairs
- In the student lounge, only 2 people can be present at a time
- Note: on Thursdays, coffee takeaway will still be proposed, but students should take their beverage back to their office/study space or to the gardens
- The University of Kent and AGS programs are continuing their classes in their designated on-site locations (salle de conférence and classroom 12, respectively)
- Reid Hall's library will be closed beginning next week for the installation of a new heating system
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me or Krista Faurie if you have any questions.
Bon courage à tous,
