The Paris Center is an "Association Loi 1901," based at Reid Hall in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, which also houses American and British university programs, French cultural associations, and a center for research and artistic creation. Each member has access to offices, libraries, computer rooms, classrooms, and two conference rooms. Reid Hall welcomes an average of 350 students and instructors every semester.
The Paris Center organizes conferences, talks, workshops, exhibitions, and concerts.

Located at Reid Hall, home to Columbia Global Centers | Paris, in Montparnasse, the Columbia Institute for Ideas and Imagination brings together faculty from across Columbia University with thinkers, poets, artists, and composers from around the world in a year-long dialogue. It hosts fourteen residential Fellows annually.
The Institute hosts regular public programs and events and has developed partnerships with academic and cultural institutions in Paris and beyond. As part of its mandate, the Institute also oversees the activities of the Stavros Niarchos Public Humanities Initiative. In addition, the Institute and CGC | Paris are hosting two writers at Reid Hall as part of the Displaced Artists initiative.
