To request guest access to a WeWork space, students must complete and submit the form below no more than two days in advance of the desired visit date. Students may invite no more than two guests at any one time, for health and safety reasons. Guests are permitted Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm (although they are able to remain inside after 6:00pm if they have already entered by that time). Requests for Monday access must be submitted by the preceding Friday.
Once the student has submitted the form AND received a confirmation email, they can visit their selected WeWork location and register their guest at the front desk.
If your guest is a Columbia student, they should register through the student registration process.
