The Habsburgs in Tunis - Carthage Guided Tour

The 25 scholars participating in the Columbia Global Centers I Tunis workshop "The Habsburgs in Tunis" enjoyed a guided tour to the ancient Carthage area last Thursday where they learned more about the Phenician city-state, its legend, history, and its archeological remnants.

This tour was organized in partnership with the Columbia University in the City of New York Department of Art History & Archeology, Getty Foundation, I Tatti - The Harvard Univ. Center for Italian Renaissance Studies (Harvard University), and Laboratoire Régions et Ressources patrimoniales de Tunisie (Université De la Manouba).
