The Columbia Global Center Santiago has established a new Advisory Board, bringing together a diverse group of experts from the public, private, and academic sectors.

This milestone marks a concrete step toward strengthening the Center’s presence in Chile’s public policy landscape, contributing world-renowned academic expertise and global knowledge to some of the country’s most pressing challenges.

The incorporation of these new members will expand the Center’s capacity to foster interdisciplinary dialogue, generate applied knowledge, and support innovative solutions to complex problems.

“Having an advisory board of this caliber is a fundamental asset to our mission. It brings together leadership, credibility, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing society. Their experience will strengthen our ability to connect cutting-edge research with real-world needs,” said Antonio Campaña, Director of the Center.

Through this newly formed Advisory Board, the Center reaffirms its commitment to academic excellence, cross-sector collaboration, and generating public impact. Its members will play an active role in identifying opportunities, shaping strategic priorities, and advancing initiatives that address global challenges with local relevance, including water scarcity, artificial intelligence, the energy transition, and critical resources.
