One-Year Journey
Over the next 12 months, the 2024 cohort will participate in three intensive in-person learning summits, where they will have the opportunity to interact with esteemed Columbia University professors and alumni, experienced social entrepreneurs, nonprofit and business leaders, and will receive guidance from inspiring mentors.
Through the dynamic curriculum, which includes academic workshops, experiential field visits, reading discussions, project studio time, and collaborative team building, Fellows will deepen their understanding of social innovation, hone their empathy and perspective-taking, and learn through hands-on experience by implementing their social impact initiatives to drive sustainable change.
"We are excited to partner with the Qi Social Innovation Center to provide these talented young leaders with the knowledge, network, and mindset to unlock their full potential as social innovators," said Helena Xiao, deputy director of the Columbia Global Center Beijing. "We believe deeply in the power of youth to solve the world's most complex challenges. We are supporting the 2024 Fellowship for Change cohort with a highly experienced group of professors and mentors to help propel them forward on this transformative journey."
