Senior HR & Finance Manager
Adriana Samaniego joined the Reid Hall team in 2013. She is responsible for the administrative, human resource, and financial health of Reid Hall's various entities. This includes overseeing the budget and HR needs of not only Reid Hall, but also the Columbia Global Centers | Paris, and the Institute for Ideas and Imagination. She supervises the budgets for all capital expenditures, and reconciles all bank accounts on a monthly basis.
She establishes all insurance and maintenance contracts, and is the primary point of contact for any changes, renewals, and cancellations. She also keeps abreast with any changes made within the French Ministry of Labor concerning new mandates, decrees, and any amendments to regulations.
Adriana earned her MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management. Prior to coming to Reid Hall, she worked in both New York and Japan, and is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Japanese.
