Vetor Brasil is a non-profit, supra-party organization that has been working since 2014 in partnership with state and municipal governments to attract, evaluate and develop public professionals.
The mission of Vetor is to create an engaged and diverse network that will empower the Brazilian public sector, thus improving the quality of services offered to those who need it most and promoting the reduction of inequalities.
Since it was created, Vetor has already allocated more than 100 professionals in 30 governments of ten political parties in all regions of the country.
