Symposium is a non-profit organization dedicated to promote cross-cultural reading of classical humanities texts through seminar discussions. Founded by Columbia students in 2013, Symposium organizes humanities seminars based on Literature Humanities, one of the central pillars of the Core Curriculum of Columbia University. The program aims to cultivate critical thinking skills and cultural sensitivity among participants and create a platform of intellectual exchange.
