This workshop will provide you with an opportunity to exchange and foster your ideas on entrepreneurship, virtually meet successful entrepreneurs and hear their stories, work collaboratively in teams to design ventures and startup models, and present your ideas in an online final pitch competition.

This five-day online workshop will be held as part of the Amman Center's Soraya Salti Youth for Youth Series, and will help students to:

  1. Apply an entrepreneurial way of thinking to yield social impact
  2. Become familiar with the business model canvas and funding terms
  3. Explore facets of ecopreneurship in relation to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
  4. Learn from startup founders about their entrepreneurial journeys
  5. Design and pitch your ventures

Students will attend online sessions every day from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Amman), in addition to submitting assignments, reviewing the pre-recorded course content, and engaging with the instructors during office hours.

This workshop is targeted for high school students (ages 15-18) with strong interest in developing knowledge and expertise about social entrepreneurship. Fluency in English is required.

Participants will receive a certificate of participation upon completing the workshop.
