This mini-course is available to partners of the Columbia Global Center in Rio, and presents a lecture on building and managing public private partnerships (PPP’s) as presented by noted public management scholar Professor William B. Eimicke.
Author of more than 10 books on public sector management and innovation, Professor Eimicke builds on his scholarship and experience as a public manager to explore techniques and strategies for creating cross-sector partnerships. Professor Eimicke’s video lecture is combined in this one day mini-course with two audiovisual case studies which explore PPP’s in the USA and Brazil.
