Logical Reasoning in Human Genetics Lecture 10 - CNVs detection from exome sequencing data

The tenth Lecture of the "Logical Reasoning in Human Genetics" course was an examination of the search for CNVs in the exomes of Tunisian patients and their role in breast cancer.

In partnership with Institut Pasteur Tunis, CGC Tunis hosted a team of prominent geneticists to conduct a class on human genetics for participants from North Africa (and elsewhere).
This lecture's speaker was Maroua Boujemaa, a Ph.D. student at the Laboratory of Biomedical Genomics and Oncogenetics, Institut Pasteur de Tunis.
